Our Strategy

The Group’s strategy is to consistently enhance shareholder value through building its market share and revenue streams from its flagship Diamond Creek phosphate mine in Utah, US and building its position in the bourgeoning US organic phosphate fertiliser market. Value engineering initiatives will continue to streamline operations to ensure consistent product quality and volumes, all aimed at increasing margins.  In the longer-term, enhancing value of that asset will involve both organic expansion as well as identifying value-accretive projects/businesses with natural synergies to increase scale and profitability, the first of which is the 50/50 PhoSul Utah LLC JV..
